The City of Hope

Oh Lord, grant me passage from this world of sin to Your Kingdom, The Great City of Purity and Hope.

The City mine eyes have seen by vision where my feet will trod is the hope of my dreams.

The City of Hope, whose very existence, is the essence of verse of the Lord's Prayer, "Thy Kingdom come."

Oh my heart doth yearn for the day I will move from this world of sin and take up residence there.

To live in the City where the River of Peace flows is the greatest desire of my heart and my greatest hope.
