The whole world has become filled with hatred.
Yea, even the churches have become dens of thieves.

Yet, I find a place of perfect Love and Peace when I get alone with You, Oh Father, in secret.
In Your Presence, all is purity filled with holiness.
It is a shelter in the time of storm.

Even a few moments in Your Presence refreshes and restores my soul.
This is what Jesus meant when He said,

"Come unto me all who are heavy laden and burden down with cares
and find rest for your souls."
