The abundant life

Lord, purge us from worldly cares and set our hearts free.

Let not the cares of this world choke out our spiritual growth, but let us abound in all spiritual fruit.

Jesus came into the world to give us life and that filled with all abundance.

He came to fill the empty pots of our lives to overflowing with the Living Water of the Holy Spirit.

The fruits of the Spirit are Love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, kindness, meekness, faith and temperance.

When we abound in these things we are well pleasing to God.
